Job Summary:

As Project Coordinator, being entirely involved with Project Manager and team member in whole NRD ongoing functions, furthermore, scheduling and planning those activities are related to customer’s projects, following daily activities of each project with related task force to make sure that everything is in tone with our pre-plan schedule. In a bid to get the assigned tasks done (on timely basis), extra support and assistance in the field of logistic and administrative is rendering to concern individuals. In some occasion, participating to stakeholder meetings and vice versa providing any information is asked in corresponding to NRD on-going activities for participants.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams

• Providing information and regular support to stakeholders

• Being point of contact for various working groups especially customers 

• Ensuring resources and equipment are always available 

• Understanding formal escalation and review processes

• Providing support to project managers and entire NRD team members 

• Participating in stakeholder meetings

• Providing administrative support as needed

• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution

• Coordination with related department to meet the demand on timely basis 

Job Requirement:

Bachelor in Business administrative / public administrative, law and political science

Experience in administrative and management works 

Fluency in English Dari and Pashto 

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision

5 years of experience in the required field in international organization/companies (Letter Required).
