Working closely with the Executive Management Team, the Project Facilitator is responsible for the internal and external communications from developing communications policies to communicating key messages to defined target audiences in order to establish goodwill and understanding between the industry and its stakeholders. He/she will be mainly responsible for managing media relations and events, developing marking materials and speeches, and to collaborate closely with marketing, sales and business development teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Organizing and managing events from preparation of guests’ lists and invitations to preparations of speeches.
Attending press conferences and networking events
Representative of core drillers in front of media
Listening to media reports and reading news articles relevant to the work of the company.
Maintain a media and government contact list.
Maintain current contact details of relevant journalists.
Develop and maintain links with media outlets and partner organizations to facilitate good communication and marketing efforts.
Focal Point between Government and Plant
Focal Point between labors and top management
Supervise the labors
Should build interaction of relation with local people in the field
Any other tasks as assign by Managing Director.
1- University degree in relevant fields
2- At least 5 years relevant experience
3- Fluency in English, Pashto, Dari language
4- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package.
5- Comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
6- Planning and time management skills
7- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks
8- High level verbal and written communication skills
