Job Summary

By having a thorough understanding of our capabilities, Ti project managers (PM) create and execute project work plans and, as appropriate, revise plans to meet changing needs and requirements. PMs provide management oversight for all phases of a construction project, including coordinating workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

Duties & Responsibilities

•Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
•Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
•Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
•Ability to identify technical problems
•Prior to start the job a Project Manager is required to review and memorize the Technical Requirement and Scope of Work.
•Selects and coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project
•Is required to be able to review and evaluate the Design Drawings and implement them in a proper way.
•Reviews architectural and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with specifications
•Should have mutual understandings, so that he could provide more details and explanations on project goals.
•Supervises assistant managers, reviews their reports, checks on any reported difficulties, and corrects any safety violations or other reported deficiencies
•Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
•Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards
•Prepares for reviews and quality assurance procedures
•Minimizes Ti exposure and risk on a project
•Should have positive attitudes with his/her superiors and subordinates.

Job Requirements

BS in Engineering or a related field
BA in Construction Management a plus
Certifications or license preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Overseas experience preferred
