Job Summary:

He/she will be responsible for project implementation and Monitoring and Evaluation of project activities on regular bias.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Report to the team leader and work in close coordination with M and E officer on a regular basis
•Close monitoring of the project locations (particularly health centers in Mazar and Samanghan) and report to M and E officer
•Perform liaison work and ensure close working relationships among the provincial health authorities, civil works contractors, and nongovernmental/ community groups in the Project area
•Provide support and technical assistance to the monitoring and evaluation officer in preparation of a detailed action plan, and financial and monitoring requirements
•Take responsibility for the smooth implementation and monitoring of the plan of action and financial and reporting mechanisms
•Provide the team leader with monthly progress reports based on the implementation plan and budget of the Program, including detailed achievements, implementation issues, and recommendations for remedial measures
•Provide coordination support to the team leader and relevant institutions involved in HIV/AIDS and human trafficking
•Conduct regular monitoring meetings with the subcontractors, local communities, and non-governmental/civic organizations in designated Project area.
•Maintain systematic documentation and profile at PSU level
•Any other responsibility assigned by the line manager as and when required
