Job Summary:
PURPOSE:
The WIE Project Reporting Advisor will be retained on a short term (six months) basis to review and overhaul the WIE reporting system and structure in follow up to new USAID donor requests. S/he will be responsible for restructuring program reporting deliverables and overseeing the design of program results-oriented and current data visual aids that will support programming in a manner that clearly displays WIE program results. Work will include the design of an advanced program reporting training multi module presentation which will carried out throughout all five WIE regions of operations so that all regional staff become familiar with new WIE project reporting standards and the need to focus on results-oriented data.
Duties & Responsibilities:
OBJECTIVE AND DUTIES:
Identify and implement project reporting upgrades and advanced Infographics that promote WIE program results
Develop a system of monitoring and recording Program component indicator numbers on monthly basis
Oversee the design of a series of program visual info graphics that depict program results
Write, design, and deliver multi module project reporting and success story seminar to all five program regions
Review and organize comprehensive photo library
Compiles and edits bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for submission to editor.
Ensures WIE’s story is accurately told in snapshots, highlights, through photographs, videos, and other visuals used for WIE reporting and positive story telling as per USAID donor wishes.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor with 10 years or Master Degree with 5 Years
QUALIFICATIONS:
Five of progressively responsible experience with Master’s degree or 10 years’ experience with bachelor’s degree in project reporting and communications, preferably with donor-funded programs , and holding a Master’s Degree OR ten years relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree.
Familiarity with various communication modes by region and gender
Strong visual graphic design skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong writing skills in English and in native languages.
Fluency in English required.
Other duties as assigned by COP and Technical Services Team Lead.
