Development, coordination and control of construction schedule. Reports to the Project Manager.
• Develop, control and maintain the master integrated construction schedule.
• Interface and coordinate with project team, engineering and construction contractors, and third-party construction service providers.
• Support efforts to collect, integrate and report key project data in an efficient manner
• Provide accurate and timely reports as needed to Construction management on project planning and execution coordination activities
• Issue schedule updates, critical path, critical path analysis
• Assist site management in developing/reviewing schedule corrective action and recovery plans, and making sure needed actions/plans are implemented
• Establish and maintain project progress measurement systems for project
• Review and endorse progress measures reported by the contractor
• Appraise Contactors’ progress relative to the schedule
• Prepare and update Construction Progress Reports and performance measurement
• Ensure that Project Controls deliverables are satisfied and Project Control Systems and procedures are implemented
• 13+ years scheduling experience in construction
• Large infrastructure project experience highly preferred
• Experienced user of Primavera P6
• High degree of competence required in CPM scheduling, resource loading and project planning including progress measurement systems, S-curves, and earned value systems.
• Cost control experience is a plus
• Proficient in English
