About Future Generations Afghanistan:
â€¢ Work under direct supervision of provincial manager for FGA and provide administrative support to the FGA field staff for NSP in province.
â€¢ Supervise administrative and other staff, including field staff, drivers and office helpers.
â€¢ Provide training in administrative practices and procedures.
â€¢ Develop and oversee the filing system FGA NSP staff (records, work plan, quarterly report and updated contract and filed them properly.
â€¢ Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of office facilities (internet, heating, etc.) and office equipment (printing, copier machines) and furniture and maintain inventory.
â€¢ Purchasing of office supplies and equipment, stationary supplies, fuel for generator, cars.
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Ensure safe and confidential maintenance of personal file if all field staff.
â€¢ Provision of efficient and effective financial support and service to the program.
â€¢ Provide day to day financial and accounting services operations and assist in maintenance of appropriate financial control and record.
â€¢ Maintain a client oriented and efficient system of payment to the stakeholders.
â€¢ Takes responsibility for own personal development and continuous learning program and assist Admin, Finance/Report officer at district level.
â€¢ Accomplish other activities required by supervisor.
â€¢ Provincial admin/Finance officer will supervise by provincial manager and report to him/her and country office finance manager and program manager
1. University degree or education in related field
2. At least two years experiences in related field (finance and Admin)
3. Good computer skills
4. Good communications skill
5. Knowledge of English Language, Pashto and Dari
6. Ability to travel to district and from province to Kabul or vice versa
7. Ability to work more than required office time
