Provincial Analysis Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

Assume leadership responsibility for the study and analysis on provincial level;
Assist in selection and recruitment of surveyors;
Lead the team of surveyors and closely monitor the survey process;
Train the survey teams on the use of survey protocol, questionnaires, and data collection process at the respective provinces;
Monitor and supervise regularly the survey teams to identify gaps/problems and with coordination of relevant agency(s) addressing the issues promptly
Assist Team Leader in development of survey instruments to ensure quality of data during sampling, during interviewing, and throughout the data management process
Establish mechanisms to ensure timely collection, editing, entering, analyzing, and presenting the survey data obtained from the provinces
Design the implementation plan of the household survey, and the community key informants survey;
Maintain regular communication with survey teams and providing necessary support as required
Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field is a must;
At least five years of experience of which at least three years have been spent training in research, economic and market studies (preferably in rural development or business/enterprise;
Experience managing surveys and collecting secondary and primary data is a must;
Food oral and written English knowledge is a must;
Knowledge of computer and internet are required for this position
