Job Summary:

We are looking for exceptional candidates with the passion, intellectual insight, and business acumen to help us grow and deepen our impact. Provincial Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with the Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources. She/he will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• The Provincial coordinator acts as the focal point for all project-related issues and is responsible for proper coordination among all concerned stakeholders

• Schedule, execute and facilitate the project intermediations strictly according to the approved work plan and timeframe which is approved at the provincial level.

• Provincial coordinator is responsible for continues coordination of staff, stockholders, beneficiaries, local community and oversees correct and on-time implementation of all components of the project.

• Support and follow-up on the implementation of program activities in accordance with proposed activities and with the Project Manager’s instructions.

• Conduct field visits as necessary to monitor project implementation

• Manage all donor requirements and specifications, including the preparation of all progress reports

• Lead planning and guide staff in effective implementation of the Project activities in the province

• Perform all other related duties. 


Job Requirement:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, economics, journalism, communications, law, or public relations. 

• At least one year of experience

• Good understanding of the relevant province’s social and cultural settings 

• Good understanding of the relevant province’s geographical information

• Ability to communicate and submit reports in both spoken and written.

• Good English writing and speaking skills

• Fluency in Pashto / Dari

• Good knowledge and skill of Computer office automation programs,

• Having key social influences in the relevant province will be a plus point 

• Knowledge of MS. Office programs
