Position: Provincial Master Trainer (PMT)
Period of Contract: 3 years (renewed each year upon evaluation)

Duties & Responsibilities:
Provincial master trainer would be responsible for coordination of all training activities at provincial level, planning, budgeting, quality control, data collection, conducting TOTs to program team by cooperation of technical units of WEE-RDP in the province.
Conduct and deliver the training programs and TOT at provincial or district level for SOs (Social Organizers) and VFs (Village Facilitators).
Check the quality of training materials (handouts, trainer guides and posters), methodologies, agenda, time management and preparations for those trainings which are going to be conducted to beneficiaries by program team
Job Location:Afghanistan, Samangan, Sar-e-Pul
Bachelor degree in science, business administration, or other related field is required
Additional training in adult education, or techniques in professional development;
4 years’ relevant experiences of working as trainer, master trainer or working on the development and implementation/delivering of training programs for an NGO, consultancy, or public entity
