The provincial manager for CBSG project is responsible for smooth implementation of project in the target districts of Kabul province.
Community Based Stabilization Grant (CBSG) is a program to enable unstable communities, currently the focus of counter insurgency (COIN) activities, to directly implement small-scale community-level projects and build their confidence in and support for the GIRoA. The CBSG Program will also bolster and further support those communities that have resisted insurgency and be utilized to further extend the writ of the GIRoA and expand and deepen its links with communities within its targeted districts.The Provincial manager main task is to Plan, implement and monitor CBSG activities in the target districts.
1.Be aware about the project goals and objectives
2.Aware all the staff about the project goals and objectives and describe it for them.
3.Audit to all the problems of the project and their solutions.
4.Contact with local authorities regarding the project.
5.Writing of project report based on the project requirement
6.Cooperation with the internal and external monitors.
7.Provide the list of necessary items and supervision.
8.Provide and follow project operation plan.
9.Organize and coordination of district planes.
10.Preparing project grant application with close coordination of program engineers based on the target and plan.
11.Have continuously relation with line manager regarding the project and close coordination with all project staff.
12.Unify and send all the reports to the MIS officer
13.collection of all project documents in the office ( filing system)
14.Supervision of the staff accomplishments.
15.Ensure that all the provided materials are used in the project based on the project BoQ.
16.Evaluation of all covered staff in quarterly and annual base and send the result to the sector manager.
17.Give on time information on changes, development and problems of the project to the sector manager and seek the solutions for solving of problems.
18.Be ready for participation in training programs that is offer by education sector for the enhancing of their capacity.
19.Be able to write down any concepts in relation to the subproject.
•BA degree or equivalent professional certificate
•Fluency in English ( writing, reading and talking )
•At least 5 years of work experience
•At least 3 years of work experience in management field
•Positive communication and interpersonal skills
•Computer literate
•Self-directed and able to initiate activities
