پروژه عرضه خدمات صحی عودت کننده گان تحت چتر ریاست عمومی وقایه و کنترول امراض وزارت صحت عامه برای عودت کننده گان ازطریق کلینیک های ثابت عرضه خدمات صحی مینماید . این اداره از بدو تأسیس خویش در بخش صحت فعالیت نموده ، هدف پروژه عبارت از بهبود حالت صحی فامیلهای عودت کننده گان از طریق عرضۀ خدمات اساسی صحی بخصوص به افراد بی بضاعت و محروم خدمات صحی میباشد.

Job Summary

بهبود حالت صحی جهت کاهش مرگ و میر مادران و نوزادان.

Duties & Responsibilities

پا بند بودن به وظیفه و رعایت قوانین وضع شده
اجراي ولادت هاي نورمال وخدمات رهنماي خانواده براي مريضان که به شفاخانه مراجعه مينمايند
پيشبرد امور مربوطه مراقبت مريضان از قبيل ثبت نمودن علايم حياتي ، زرقيات، تطبيق ادويه مطابق تجويز داکترو پانسمان نمودن جروحات در سرويس مربوطه
جمع آوري مسؤولانة معلومات وارقام در مورد مريضان که تحت مراقبتش بوده است
سهمگيري فعال در طرح و تطبيق آموزش هاي مختلف داخل خدمت براي کارمندان صحي محلي در محدودة شفاخانه
بلند بردن فعالانة سطح دانش مسلکي مخصوصاً در رابطه به رهنمود هاي صحي و فعاليت هاي مسلکي
برخورد نيک و دوستانه با مراجعين و همکاران
مراعات نمودن تمام مقررات و دسپلين شفاخانه
اشتراک در راپور هاي صبحانه شفاخانه
انجام تمام وظايف رسمي ديگر که از طرف اداره شفاخانه سپرده مي شود
اشتراک در تطبيق ستندرد ها خصوصا در بخش ولادي کلینیک
اشتراک در ارزيابي هاي ستندرد هاي کلینیک و تهيه پلان کاري براي بهبود تطبيق سنتدرد ها
مشوره دهى مناسب و معقول براى استفاده از یکی از شیوه های مناسب تنظیم خانواده ودادن حق انتخاب به مریض.

Job Requirements

فراغت از یکی از انستیتوت های شناخته شده کشور (تائید شده وزارت صحت عامه )
تجربه کاری حد اقل دوسال
به لیسانس ارجحیت داده میشود
به لسان های محلی ( پشتو و دری) شناخت کامل داشته باشد
داشتن قوه افهام و تفهيم
داراي شخصيت مهربان ودلسوز
