Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Perform regular project visits to project sites to assess implementation of the Project.
â€¢ Maintain client communications and understand client expectations.
â€¢ Facilitate continuous improvement efforts including identification, root cause analysis, and correction of construction quality control problems.
â€¢ Monitor project portal for completeness and quality of postings.
â€¢ Review and respond to all Quality Incident Reports
â€¢ Under general leadership, lead and participate in the full project.
â€¢ Lead and mentor in professional standards of practice and service excellence.
â€¢ Provide technical support to Project from construction through close out
â€¢ Provide field technical support
â€¢ Provide support to field QC, health and safety oversight
â€¢ Check project submittal process
â€¢ Help and issue technical reports
â€¢ Review data and reports prepared by contractors
â€¢ Assist in developing, monitoring, and updating, schedules and forecasts for the project
â€¢ Develops the options for corrective action, to include performing an analysis upon various alternatives and presenting recommendations
to contractors project management
â€¢Degree in Civil or construction Engineering faculty
â€¢Fluency in writing and speaking English and local language
â€¢At least three years accumulated skills and experience in related works
â€¢Flexible, forward looking, open, willingness to learn new things,
â€¢Demonstrated ability to deliver quality reports within deadline
â€¢Being friendly with the colleagues and works best in a team
â€¢Computer skills; M.S Office
