Review quality control submissions for completeness and quality; provide feedback to site quality control personnel as necessary for US Army project in BAF

Skills Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform regular project visits to project sites to assess implementation of the Project.
• Maintain client communications and understand client expectations.
• Facilitate continuous improvement efforts including identification, root cause analysis, and correction of construction quality control problems.
• Monitor project portal for completeness and quality of postings.
• Review and respond to all Quality Incident Reports
• Under general leadership, lead and participate in the full project.
• Lead and mentor in professional standards of practice and service excellence.
• Provide technical support to Project from construction through close out
• Provide field technical support
• Provide support to field QC, health and safety oversight
• Check project submittal process
• Help and issue technical reports
• Review data and reports prepared by contractors
• Assist in developing, monitoring, and updating, schedules and forecasts for the project

• Develops the options for corrective action, to include performing an analysis upon various alternatives and presenting recommendations
to contractors project management

Job Location:



•Degree in Civil or construction Engineering faculty
•Fluency in writing and speaking English and local language
•At least three years accumulated skills and experience in related works
•Flexible, forward looking, open, willingness to learn new things,
•Demonstrated ability to deliver quality reports within deadline
•Being friendly with the colleagues and works best in a team
•Computer skills; M.S Office
