Skills Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible to report to quality control manager.
• Evaluation and monitoring qualification of QC inspections.
• Adhere to reporting deadlines .
• Responsible to assist management to conduct an effective Quality System Maintenance.
• Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.
• Assist Quality manager in establishing and maintaining an accurate daily reports
• Develop training to build quality awareness.
• Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer an effective and proactive system .
• Quality Inspectors should Support the operations to ensure that maintenance processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
• Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze NCR, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
• Preparation of daily and weekly reports.
• Other requirements as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and with minimum supervisions while being able to receive guidance from senior management such as program manager.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years management experience
• Expert level communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work on under pressure
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to provide guidance and improve staff quality of work.
• Excellent ability to use computers, the Internet, and other office software and hardware
• Excellent reporting capabilities in both local and English languages
