Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Responsible to report to quality control manager.
â€¢ Evaluation and monitoring qualification of QC inspections.
â€¢ Adhere to reporting deadlines .
â€¢ Responsible to assist management to conduct an effective Quality System Maintenance.
â€¢ Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.
â€¢ Assist Quality manager in establishing and maintaining an accurate daily reports
â€¢ Develop training to build quality awareness.
â€¢ Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer an effective and proactive system .
â€¢ Quality Inspectors should Support the operations to ensure that maintenance processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
â€¢ Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
â€¢ Analyze NCR, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
â€¢ Preparation of daily and weekly reports.
â€¢ Other requirements as needed.
â€¢ Proven leadership skills
â€¢ Ability to work independently and with minimum supervisions while being able to receive guidance from senior management such as program manager.
â€¢ Minimum 3 to 5 years management experience
â€¢ Expert level communication skills both verbal and written.
â€¢ Ability to work on under pressure
â€¢ Ability to multi-task.
â€¢ Ability to provide guidance and improve staff quality of work.
â€¢ Excellent ability to use computers, the Internet, and other office software and hardware
â€¢ Excellent reporting capabilities in both local and English languages
