Job Summary:

Maintaining the QCS/RMS System keeping update the project Schedule

Duties & Responsibilities:

a.Maintaining the QCS/RMS System keeping update the project Schedule
b.Managing and updating the QCS for all projects.
c.Managing the Submittal of project designs, materials, tests and other documents for ensuring proper management.
d.Responsible for preparing Schedule for the Project.
e.Importing and exporting data from and to RMS and to the Corps and report the senior management.
f.Attending weekly meetings with US Corps.
g.Attend daily meeting with GO-TCL Senior Staff
h.Supervise the preparation and implementation of the physical works.
i.Work in close collaboration and coordination with GO-TCL field staff and also liaise closely with client on all field issues.
j.Point out problems in daily distributions/reports/redemption and progress reports communicate the problems to managers.
k.Perform other job related tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement:

University degree in Civil / Construction.
3 years work experiences in project implementing of corps.
Must know and can work with QCS software, MS project, Primavera, Auto Cad and MS Office.
Familiar with Corps standards.
Fluent in English, spoken and written.
Good communication skills.
Must have QCS training certificate from corps.
