Job Summary:

Ensure all construction is done in compliance with all the relevant construction standards/specifications.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Establish a library of all fuel facility construction and pipeline construction related standards and specifications.
• Review all project plans, site plans, technical designs, electrical designs, drawings and check for compliance with relevant standards, customer contracts and construction objectives.
• Ensure all construction materials used meet the standard
• Advise Project Managers where changes need to be made
• Monitor correct execution of plans and drawings during construction phase for all projects and report findings to the Project Manager, QA Manager and QHSE Manager.
• Establish commissioning checklists per project.
• Conduct commissioning inspections.
• Provide commissioning reports to Project Manager, QA Manager and QHSE Manager.
• Function as a point of contact for all QA/QC construction related queries.

Job Requirement:

• Experience in fuel storage and issue facilities/POL pipeline construction
• Experience in Auditing to a recognized standard (BSI, EN, API, ISO, IP standard)
• Capable of reading technical designs, construction drawings, site plans
• Able to manager resources and time effectively
• English speaking and writing excellent
• Experienced user of Word, Excel and Power Point, MS Projects

 To have conducted internal audits within an international construction company
 Experience in working with AUTOCAD
