The Receptionist shall work under the supervision of the Administrator,she is required to provide day to day operational report to the Administrator and finance manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
File and maintain records.
Transmit information using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
Schedule appointments, and maintain and update appointment calendars.
Analyze data to determine answers to questions from customers or members of the public.
Actively looking for ways to help people.
Managing one's own time and the time of others.
Answering calls and taking messages
Screening phone calls
high school diploma generally required; bachelor degree will be asset

knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
verbal and written communication skills of three languages, English, Dari and Pashto
knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
knowledge of customer service principles and practices
