Job Summary


At least 2 years of work experience of the relevant field

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
2. take and relay messages
3. provide information to callers
4. greet persons entering Bank
5. direct persons to correct destination
6. deal with queries from the public and customers
7. ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of Bank
8. general administrative and clerical support
9. prepare letters and documents
10. receive and sort mail and deliveries
11. schedule appointments
12. maintain appointment diary either manually orï‚§ electronically
organize meetingsï‚§
13. tidy and maintain the receptionï‚§ area

Job Requirements

i. At least high schools graduate.
ii. Good knowledge of English, Dari or Pashto.

iii. Excellent Computer Skills (MS office)
iv. Excellent communication skills.
