Job Summary:

Routine office tasks (e.g. general routine office work, support and/or assistance in a specific area) or easy tasks according to specific instructions. Problem solving according to existing pattern or after liaising with supervisor’s Responsibilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Check in and checkout of guests.
 Registration of new arrival guests.
 Keep track of keys and other equipment of reception.
 Be familiar with all procedures relating to guests and perform duties as assigned by guest house manager.
 Greet guests and should have good behaviour.
 Maintain records of guest, passport details, residency dates and rooms.
 Daily updating of guest records.
 Familiar with computer programs, scanning, fax and photocopiers.
 Assist with guest house manager.
 Responsible for effective and compassionate communication with all contacts.
 Updating the list of telephone and addresses of guest house staffs and other s.
 Assist with other duties that may be assigned by guest house manager.

Job Requirement:

 Secondary school
 Diploma from secretarial school or similar

Professional Experience

 At least 1 year working experience in a similar position

Other Qualifications

 Good working knowledge of modern telecommunication systems (telephone, fax, e-mail, internet and its software)
 Good working knowledge of computer programs (e.g. MSOffice)
 Good language and communication skills
