Duties & Responsibilities

-Attends Office well Before the Official Timings

-Welcome any person coming to the bank with a smile.

-Direct the persons to the concerned department.

-Provide information about the bank and the services that the bank offers.

-Should have knowledge about the products of the bank.

-Receive all incoming telephone calls and direct it to the concerned person.

-Receive all inward letters, diarize and distribute them to the concerned sections.

-Explain details of all the facilities like internet/SMS banking/e-statement etc to the customers.

-Provides best possible service to the customers.

-Any other task assigned by any of the superiors.

Job Requirements

-Minimum High School Qualified

-Further Qualification Preferred

-Must have attended IT related Courses

-Must possess good Linguistic and Communication Skills with command over Spoken English, Dari and Pashto.
