Assistant Recruitment should actively cooperate on daily activities of human resource under supervision of manager. Also should have the ability in performing of several duties at once and should be flexible in work performance. Should responsible for travelling to provinces for closure of recruitment
Duties & Responsibilities:
Should work according to the recruitment process planning.
Assist in developing recruitment strategy for attracting qualified candidates to apply for the vacancies in DABS.
Support in announcement of vacancies internally and on internal sites and also sending their copy to regional offices departments for re-announcement particularly in provinces for receiving more CVs.
Providing application forms for the new /transfers post and its following up in case of its suspension by the related department.
Assist in collecting announced positions as per deadlines.
Participation in tests and interviews and supervision of its progress for doing next process.
Submission of written tests papers for signature and confirmation of candidates inclusion and sending them for evaluation and marking to concerned department.
Applying of recruitment process of company based on policy and procedure of recruitment in company.
Assisting in arrangement of working meetings and taking its reports and assisting in keeping the reports in the concerned file.
Preparation and implementation of work plan with consultation of direct supervisor.
Providing working report on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Performing any other human resources duties as directed by direct supervisor
Full familiarization with computer programs
excellent oral communication and good behavior with customers
Ability of speaking national languages and English
Sense responsibility and work accuracy
Honesty and keeping work confidentiality
Ability to Work in group.
Ability to Work individually.
