Job Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Regional Sales Coordinator is obliged to follow the rules and regulations of the organization based on agreement that he has signed with Roshan Company.
• RSC will supervise the whole indirect sales activities in the entire region.
• Implementing the daily, weekly and monthly plans in the regions as directed by the Sales head
• Day to Day activities of the whole businesses of indirect channel within the region.
• To achieve the goals and objectives of the organization based on target and Business plans.
• Daily follow up with regional distributor and Sales Coordinators regarding their targets and achievement.
• Management and supervision of the regional sales staff that every task has to be done according to the given plan.
• Utilization of the regional sales force (Sales Coordinators and Junior Sales Coordinators) for the purpose of better results that every staff should be efficient and effectiveness in his role.
• Managing and tracking of the regional distributors based on agreements are signed b/w Roshan and authorized distributor.
• Availability of Roshan products and merchandizing materials in the regional market.
• Implementation of geographical territory assigned for authorized distributor and sales force.
• Developing a mutually beneficial relationship between Roshan, Authorized distributors and Active retailers of Roshan.
• Capacity building development programs for Sales staff, distributors and retailers to increase their knowledge about Roshan business, products, services and social program and benefits as well as improving of their skills for growth of Roshan businesses in the region.
• Explanation and ensuring the awareness of Roshan trade promotions and consumer promotions to sales staff, distributors and retailers within the region.
• Reporting about competitors’ activities, products, promotions and their future plans, and updating the HQ about the same in a timely manner.
• Collecting the accurate information form the market, analyzing the information and regularly sending of the information and reports to HQ Sales department.
• Ensuring that CCL activities and their performance is as per company standards.
• Selection of the CC location in the region.
• Ensuring the collection of minimum 95% CRI forms of activated Sims for one month.
•Having essential number of active retailers (outlets) in each province of the region (one active outlet / 7,500 coverage population).

Job Requirement:

Proven sales record selling wireless products and services into business accounts.
Previous experience joint selling with technical support personnel;
Must have excellent analytical, organizational, time management and communication skills;
Must possess a flexible and adaptable demeanor
Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
