To boost the expansion plan, increase the coverage in remote areas, decentralize the workload from central office to the regions, ease program communication b/w provincial and central offices, well re-present etisalat in each region and the provinces and easily compete with other competitors all over the country.
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Daily, weekly and monthly reports of regional activities to line managers in main office.
â€¢ Monitoring of sales activities: (direct, indirect, corporate, S. support, customer care).
â€¢ Monitoring of in- and outdoor marketing activities (signboards and billboards/flagships and franchises branding)
â€¢ Network survey (MSC site, BTS sites, network quality control).
â€¢ Monitoring of other operatorsâ€™ activities in term of sales and network quality
â€¢ Monitoring the merchandising activities all over the region.
â€¢ Representing etisalat at the regional level, and communicating program implementation rate with line departments in main office, Kabul.
â€¢ Managing regional office.
â€¢ Supervise regional staff.
â€¢ Franchise activities, maintenance and stock control.
â€¢ Flagship activities, maintenance and staff monitoring.
â€¢ Necessary trainings to Flagship and Franchise staff.
â€¢ Market survey for EA SIM and scratch.
â€¢ Ensure legal selling of EA products (Tazkira/national ID or passport attachment).
â€¢ Match the Call Center Report received from customers with rgs to network e.g. call drops, silent calls, network busy, low signal, etc...
â€¢ Etisalat Flagship and Franchise for EA brand (inside branding and Signboards).
â€¢ Billboard monitoring in the cities.
â€¢ Opportunities for new locations for EA ads.
â€¢ Local TV, Radio and newspaper monitoring for EA advertisements.
â€¢ Retailersâ€™ signboard monitoring and looking for new locations for signboards.
â€¢ Participating in events and receiving the proposals for events and festivals.
â€¢ MSC monitoring for maintenance, the Technical room and signal System.
â€¢ EA sites monitoring for cleanliness, security and ensure it is functional.
â€¢ Conducting network check in- and outside the city including the highways.
â€¢ Physical survey to check the areas/sites which have problems such as call drops, silent call, network busy, low signal, etcâ€¦
â€¢ Other operatorsâ€™ operations: such as visibility, coverage, promotions, retailers and outlet surveys, SIM and scratch cardsâ€™ availability.
