Job Summary:

The incumbent shall be responsible for following tasks

He would be the regional head under whom the whole regional team shall report. He would be responsible to ensure smooth execution of operational as well as strategic business KPI’s for his respective region; to have close liaison with regional government departments and governor; to handle all matters pertaining to government that includes high level of negotiations, conflict management, contracts etc; to ensure close liaison with functional heads in HO for monthly reporting based on regional progress and achievements.; to ensure operational affairs of region that includes smooth running of office, flagships, vehicle management, time and attendance of teams etc are executed as per company policy and compliance; and to Initiate any possible performance or operational gaps and discuss with functional heads in HO with proposal to resolve the gaps..

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor
2. 10 to 12 years of experience in relevant feild
3. Language Requirements: English/Dari/Pashto
4. Ability to meet deadlines; work under pressure, tact, negotiation skills, organisational skills.
