Registration/Receptionist will be working under the days to day supervision of ESC Manager and under the overall responsibility of Program Coordinator/ Program Director.
The duration of the assignment will be 12 months and will involve the following activities:
Duties & Responsibilities:
a. Providing assistance with new visitor in registering (Job Seeker or Employer)
b. Working as receptionist and giving info to the new visitor if required.
c. Receiving telephone and in person enquiries and refer to appropriate staff for reply.
d. Professional staff and receive visitors, ticket travel arrangements.
e. Providing general support services for meetings.
f. Filing and retrieving correspondence and documents both manual and automated.
g. Arranging files for meeting purposes according to specific instructions input to various databases.
h. Circulation of employment forms.
i. Review of job seekers CVs.
j. Registration of application forms inserting number and date in the database.
k. Complying the Applicant CV with Vacancy
l. Informing and inviting applicants for vacant positions interview.
m. filling application forms of job seekers in related files with regard to standard code number
n. Carry out other duties as may be assigned by the higher authorities
a. Bachelor degree with 2 years relevant experience or Baccalaureate degree with 4 years relevant experience with a private sector, government agency or any national or international NGO as receptionist or any other relevant position;
b. Effective communication and interpersonal skills including (i) a full working knowledge of English (ii) fluency in one national language and good reading, writing, listening and speaking skill in the other and (iii), the ability to interact and coordinate with NSDP staff, contractors, Government officials, consultants and the World Bank staff
