About Ministry of Education (MoE):
The aim of the EQRA Project is “to increase equitable access to primary and secondary education, particularly girls, in selected lagging provinces, and to improve learning conditions in Afghanistan.” EQRA introduces a shift from monitoring only the enrollment of students (which also includes attention to students designated as ‘permanently absent’) to focusing on bringing children into school as well as student attendance. The Education Quality Reform for Afghanistan (EQRA) is fully aligned with the goals of the Afghanistan National Strategic Plan (NESP III). The project is designed to (A) increase equitable access in disadvantaged districts especially for girls; (B) improve quality of instruction/education service delivery and (C) enhance MoE governance and management capacity. The project focuses on the construction and expansion of schools, provide community-based education to out of school children, reform curriculum for all grades, improve and ensure textbooks delivery to schools, enhance academic supervision, strengthen teacher & TTC quality, improve execution of budget, strengthen and increase use of EMIS, implement capacity building reform, and reform recruitment process for civil service.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Sorting and printing of salary sheets that should be included (Name, Father Name, job, grade, ranking and bank accounts) for the purpose of Entering amounts in to salary sheets, counting of deductions and determining the payable amounts by schools and related educational departments all over the country.
2- Sorting and Printing of blank sheets of overtime, and Haq Zahma for all Schools and Education departments.
3- Entering the salary sheets, overtimes and Haq Zahma that has been filled by schools and educational departments to payroll and Registration Database for further process.
4- Printing of the completed salary sheets, overtime and Haq Zahma for further process.
5- Preparing of English Reports of Salaries and also attaching of cheque and then sending them to Ministry of Finance agencies (Mostofiat) for further process.
6- Registering of new employees in to Payroll Database for appearing their name and other qualifications in M41 Form.
7- Transferring the information of those who are shifting from one school in to others or from one department in to others departments in Payroll Database.
8- Introducing and guiding of new employees to kabulbank for getting bank accounts.
9- Helping and coordinating of central Registration & Payroll Department in sending the new Data of Education employees for providing them ID cards.
10- Providing Transparency on Salaries Paying process.
11- Maintaining of Database and preventing from interference of irresponsible parties and taking back up daily and sending the back up to Central Office weekly.
12- Spreading the bank system across the country for the sake of providing facilities for the employees who are working at Ministry that they could easily get their payments.
13- Sending the salaries paying reports to central office when needed.
14- Sorting and Preparing of E.F.T Form which has been already given from Ministry of Finance to MOE and sending them monthly to Main office for the further process.
15- Having good work communication with kabulbank agencies.

Must have a bachelor degree in Economics, Finance or any related field
At least 3 years working experience in related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
Ability to fluently speak and read Dari and Pashtu.
Ability to communicate in English language.
