Duties & Responsibilities

- To attend official meetings and write the minute of meeting.
- Teview ATRA decision and study its applicability to the laws.
- To follow up regulatory issue relating to telecom business of MTNA.
- Make sure that new updated information is published on MTNA website.
- To follow up GSM license obligation and its ISP license obligation.
- To notify MTNA about new policies on ATRA website if any.
- To follow up GSM license obligation and its ISP license obligation.
- To assist in providing requested data and information to Auditors (external and internal)
- To assist settle the interconnection payment issue with other operators.
- Follow up new amendments of the telecom law.
- To ensure MTN activities are per the applicable laws of the country.will follow up all the GSM license requirements and will update and report on time.
- Follow up ISP license requirements, do on time reporting to the ATRA and other related Organization
- Receiving ATRA letters, do required follow up, including translations and replying back via drafting and issuing letters.
- Communicating ATRA/Government letters to MTN various Dept and do the required follow up.
- Regular follow up ATRA issues including the websites of ATRA and MoC sites
- Ability to interact with security agencies.
- Be able to propose solutions for the team.
- Be responsible and reliable
- Know office skills, good communications and computers.
- Be able to translate professionally from English to Dari and Pashto and vice versa

Job Requirements

- Holding LL.B, its equaling or above
. Computer literate
. Fluent in English
· Customer Oriented
· Team Player
· Ability to negotiate
