Job Summary

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POST:
Data Warehouse system is one of important application which needed by company where from that system useful information can be easily extracted to support decision making.

Data Warehouse system need one dedicated staff in order to maintain, develop, or enhance the system so the company can maximize the benefit to having that system. DWH analyst will conduct daily support for DWH system which it will include trouble shooting, new report implementation, follow up new user requirement, provide system technical leadership or guidance and involved in any project related to DWH.

Duties & Responsibilities

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage, overseeing and support overall operation for DWH and CVBS system.
• Provides technical leadership and or business-related subject matter expertise (SME).
• Identify new user requirements, analyze current issues and determine appropriate course of action.
• Ensures systems implementations occur in accordance with established change management procedure.
• Communicate periodic status reports for current DWH project and or current issues.
• Manage conduct DWH training for users when necessary.
• Gathering user requirements periodically and discuss with end users if some reports need to be implemented as per business requirement.
• Manage system update, system upgrade and user requests effectively and minimizes the risk of system changes by having detail assessment and implementation plan.
• Solve and manage DWH problem within agreed SLA
• Perform any other official duties assigned by the supervisor(s)

Job Requirements

KEY COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong analytical skills.
• Very good knowledge in SQL/PL SQL
• Very good team worker
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Able to grasp new concepts
• Eagerness to learn new concepts and technologies
• Strong knowledge in DWH system in Telecom industry
• Good skill on database maintenance and SQL query
• Education
• Bachelors or undergraduate degree in business Administration, computer science
• Information systems, Electrical Engineering or Equivalent experience is preferred.
