Job Summary

The incumbent will coordinate and compile reports from various directorates and projects for HE Minister and internal and external stack holders. The incumbent will also be managing the PMU that will be established for the same purpose.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide support to MAIL Minister on ME related issues and help the ME Directorate on ME standardized system

Establish the Reports Coordination Unit under the Minister’s Office to be the main coordinating body in reports management of the Ministry.

Introduce the Reports Coordination Unit to the directorate and seek assistance and cooperation in coordination of reports of the Ministry.

Undertake development and provision of capacity building trainings to the central Directorates, Provincial Directorates and other stakeholders in the areas of proper report writing and compilation and message communications.

Manage the Reports Coordination Unit and the relevant staff to develop reports of the Ministry as per the Unit’s plan.

Provide Strategic Communication advises to the Minister on timely basis after evaluation of the reports.

Provide overall leadership in design and implementation of M&E five-year strategic plan, qualitative assessments, evaluations, research, and other relevant studies.

Develop, implement and conduct an annual review of the Monitoring and Evaluation strategic plan.

Provide guidelines, and ensure data quality at all levels.

Ensure proper quality monitoring and evaluation reports for evidence based accountability.

Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the Minister and MAIL.

Implement other duties assigned by the MAIL Minister according to the rules and regulations.

Job Requirements

 At least Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
 At least 5 years of work experience in the Monitoring and Evaluation, Reports management, policy formulation, communications and coordination.
 Strong work experience with national and international organizations.
 Strong working experience of English and Dari/Pashto languages
 Able to travel to provinces
