Job Summary:

 Provide quality customer service and support to walk-in subscribers and prospective clients
 Undertake Customer Relations Service for clients

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Welcome the subscriber or prospective client and inquire about purpose of visit.
 Provide the subscriber or prospective client with requested and necessary information according to company policies and procedures.
 Undertakes services such as change of SIM cards, registration of prepaid lines etc for customers
 Execute subscriber’s request according to company policies and procedures.
 Receive, filter and transfer subscriber’s complaints to the concerned person(s).
 Educate subscribers and prospective clients with regards to the products and services offered by MTNA.
 Report any alarming complaint to the direct supervisor.
 Achieving of all agreed targets (sales & customer satisfaction)
 Ensure appropriate preventive and corrective action to maintain standards of quality and subscriber or prospective client satisfaction
 Facilitates activation of international roaming and activation of GPRS and Wireless Office
 Perform any other task(s) assigned by the direct supervisor

Job Requirement:

Education:
 Diploma/or equivalent in Business
 Bachelor in business administration to be preferred
Experience:
 1 – 2 year experience in customer care
Knowledge:
 Computer literate. Basic proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets
 Fluent in both local languages Pashto and Dari; and a good command of English.
 Able to deal effectively with a variety of personalities and situations requiring tact, judgment, and poise
 Able to maintain confidentiality as related to subscribers data
 Able to take initiatives
 Good communication skills
 Analytical skills
 Knowledge of GSM technology and services
 Understanding of the Afghan customer
