Ghazanfar Bank, a full-fledged licensed commercial Bank, commenced its operations in March 2009. The Share Holders of the Bank belongs to one of the leading business groups of Afghanistan. Ghazanfar Bank started off its operation from Kabul, Afghanistan and is offering key financial services both under conventional and Islamic Banking. The Management Team of the Bank is comprised of highly experienced and qualified Bankers, Financial Experts, Accountants and Risk Managers with considerable expertise in all aspects of Banking. With the help of such a dynamic team the Bank is in a position to offer specialized skills in a traditional way in all related spheres such as counseling and advising on any financial matter, handling of foreign exchange transactions, handling of investments in a Depository Account, Islamic Banking transactions, Lending/Corporate Banking transactions, SME Lending transactions, Money Transfer transactions, Retail Banking transactions and International Trade related transactions. and is looking for qualified professionals for the advertised position.
Develops banking strategies in order to sell products and services to prospective clients in the business community. Accountable for relatively smaller business objectives. Sources leads and develops prospects and new clients to sell business banking services and products. Initiates relationships with prospects and works closely with Business Development Head. Develops sales strategies, and maintains and expands referral sources. Typically reports to Business Development Head of a department.

Duties & Responsibilities:
a) Carrying out quantitative data analysis of existing secondary data sets and primary quantitative data, using Excel and SPSS.
b) Organizing, designing and carrying out qualitative fieldwork, often with marginalized or vulnerable people, in different locations and contexts across the country.
c) Conducting qualitative analysis of data conducted through interviews, focus groups, workshops or other methods.
d) Carrying out desktop research, using a range of methods and sources of data, related to inequality and social innovation practice globally. Working closely with others as part of a team and with external stakeholders to manage relationships and deliver work.
e) Producing high quality and varied research outputs for a range of audiences including analysis, report writing and presentations where necessary.
f) Making sure our work is participatory, including working with peer researchers and valuing the importance of communicating with different audiences.
g) Taking responsibility for data and project management and administration as it relates to delivering work.
h) Delivery of particular work strands relating to our research. This will include taking personal responsibility for key elements of work as well as supporting others in the team.
i) Carry different research as and when required by the key departments and business committee of the bank.
j) Preparing SWOT Analysis of organization.
k) Portfolio Analysis (BCG, PLC) and other methods.
Some other responsibilities

1. Master Degree in Business Administration with minimum of 3 years relevant working experience.
2. Having excellent communication both oral and written in English and local languages (Dari and Pashtoo)
