Duties & Responsibilities:
o Pre paid new customers addition
o Service dealers assigned and implement sales quotas and promotion plans as per sales strategies.
o Develop and build a strong relationship with dealers through regular market visits.
o Ensure adequate stock at retail level
o Analyze needs and selling potential of existing and prospective dealers; recommend changes where appropriate.
o Communicate to sales management information on competitorâ€™s activities, feedback from dealers and recommend changes where appropriate.
o Educate assigned dealers with regards to the products and services offered by MTN Afghanistan
o Receive and transfer dealer complaints to the concerned person(s).
o Perform all necessary field visits,
o Prepare and submit regular reports to direct supervisor.
o Provide feedbacks on retail brand visibility and take corrective action as and when required

- 12th / Secondary school
- Minimum one year experience in Retail Channel sales in similar capacity preferably in telecommunication /FMCG/Trading business
