Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ To monitor the retail operation for the assigned territory.
â€¢ Maintain effective relationship with accredited dealers
â€¢ To supervise sales quotas and promotion plans as per sales strategies.
â€¢ Maximize the Companyâ€™s goals for sales penetration, profitability and customer loyalty through efficient implementation of the Companyâ€™s policies and processes.
â€¢ Overall responsibility for ensuring that, procedures and policies are complied with in the Department
â€¢ Recruit and supervise the training and development of staff to meet the Department and company standards
â€¢ Set Goals and allocate work to direct reports and monitor the successful implementation of those goals and objectives
â€¢ Undertake routine rounds to check on how the branches are doing
â€¢ Ensures that pre paid lines are activated according to guidelines
â€¢ Monitoring competition activity
â€¢ Other tasks may be assigned to the post based on the job requirement.
