Duties & Responsibilities

• To monitor the retail operation for the assigned territory.
• Maintain effective relationship with accredited dealers
• To supervise sales quotas and promotion plans as per sales strategies.
• Maximize the Company’s goals for sales penetration, profitability and customer loyalty through efficient implementation of the Company’s policies and processes.
• Overall responsibility for ensuring that, procedures and policies are complied with in the Department
• Recruit and supervise the training and development of staff to meet the Department and company standards
• Set Goals and allocate work to direct reports and monitor the successful implementation of those goals and objectives
• Undertake routine rounds to check on how the branches are doing
• Ensures that pre paid lines are activated according to guidelines
• Monitoring competition activity
• Other tasks may be assigned to the post based on the job requirement.

• New Customer addition (pre paid)
• Retail incentive scheme
• Retail Visibility
• Churn
• Retail base quality and quantity
• Team performance

Job Requirements

• University degree preferably in business
• Computer knowledge MS Office
• Minimum one year experience in Retail Channel sales in similar capacity preferably in telecommunication /FMCG
