SUMMARY OF JOB
We are searching for someone experienced in telecom to be responsible for coordination of retention activities in terms of proactive approach towards understanding the customer needs and maintain customer life cycle with a motive to enhance customer ARPU and customer satisfaction, providing analysis and reporting the retention aspects of the marketing team. The best candidate will be someone who has strong analytical skills and has experience in writing formal reports. The candidate must also be proficient with MS Office applications and SQL in order to quickly manipulate data and present that data in an understandable and meaningful way.

Duties & Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
â€¢ Manage the different arpu level customer base and coordinate with other departments as a part of retention activities.
â€¢ Maintain entire life cycle of the customer through proactive approach in analysing the needs of the customers and designing suitable campaigns.
â€¢ ARPU enhancement through CLV Campaigns with timely changes when ever required.
â€¢ Coordination, data gathering and analysis
â€¢ Monitoring/developing high quality reports in a timely manner
â€¢ Responsible for ensuring availability and accuracy of reports.
â€¢ Responsible for the proper development of reports required by the team.
â€¢ Should also have desire in reduction in churn rather than just in generating reports
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
â€¢ Minimum Bachelors degree (preferably computer science or mathematics)
â€¢ Minimum 2 years experience.
â€¢ Practical experience in MS Excel, MS project and SQL
â€¢ Fluency in English (spoken and written)
â€¢ Good presentation skills
â€¢ Good communication skills
