Collecting the revenue from ground rent and royalty
Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Collecting the revenue from ground rent and royalty.
2- Developing database and its management.
3- Monitoring and controlling the revenue database system
4- Communicating with provincial, financial and accounting directorate.
5- Cooperating with EITI institution and reporting.
6- Annual report from mines revenue.
7- Monitoring and controlling received revenue and inter it in to revenue database.
8- Assurance from Contractor Company’s payment about the royalty and ground rent.
9- Analyzing and studying the economic part of the contractor company’s mines.
10- Analyzing and studying the economic part of mines proposal.
11- Implementing any other related tasks which are according rules and regulations
Bachelor of Science in mining and Master is preferred in this field.
At least 5 years of work experience in relevant fields.
Fluency in English language and Microsoft Office programs
The Incumbent should have sound knowledge of the extractive sector
The Incumbent should have strong written and oral communication and other interpersonal skills
Deputy Ministers, and Directors in a professional manner
The incumbent should be able to represent MoMP in intra-government and non-government meetings, conferences …etc.
The incumbent should have sound presentation skills and ability to present to a large group of audience, national and international
The incumbent should be able to manage and work in working groups
The incumbent should be able to write reports, briefing paper, correspondence, and research paper as required
The incumbent should be fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English.
