• Takes what requirement of the customer needs and ensures customer needs are satisfied.
• Gains maximum knowledge on the customer through engaging in dialogue, with the customer and builds customer profile.
• Reviews the application and customer requirement, ascertains the correctness of the data and compliance with necessary formalities and understands the customer needs.
• Provides the customer on time deliverables (appointment time, equipment, receipt, number allocated).
• Accepts bill payments from the customer and issues receipts.
• Ensure that the customers are satisfied in all cases.
• Very good English both spoken and written
