Job Summary:

les Man is responsible for Reporting to manager and assist in day to day affairs that includes sales management, meeting the sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Handle selected Strategic and other Major Accounts (as assigned by his Supervisor) and pay visits to the Customer Sites on as needed basis.
• Initiate Sales Processes with Potential Strategic Accounts (US-Military/ISAF/NATO/USAID/ DONORS/ NGO’s and other Major Organizations) and apply befitting Strategies to acquire these Accounts as Customers of Kapul Group of companies.
• Develop and manage all sales activities as assigned by his supervisor.
• Sufficiently understand customers business and suggest Advertising to meet their needs.
• Manage the Customers to achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly targets – 100%.
• Be an example of Sales Executives team and guide them for achieving better results.
• Be prepared to take over as a Sales Executive at very short notice.
• Coordinate Customers’ requirements with other Departments of Kapul Group of companies.
• Ensures that sales revenue targets and customers service is maintained, protected and increased in all sectors mentioned above.
• Manage customer satisfaction and relationship.
• Ensure fulfillment of customer requirements and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct periodic customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reports to Management.
• Responsible for being on time to work consistently and being flexible to support projects that require off hours activities.
• Responsible for working a team environment and respecting the rights and privacy of team members and acting in the most courteous way with the all team members.
• Should may have Travel to all provinces.

Job Requirement:

High School Graduate , University degree is preferred
Min 1 to 2 years work experience
