Job Summary:
1. Based in Kabul, Afghanistan, reporting to the General Manager.
2. Responsible for overall strategic sales management.
3. To plan, implement, and manage the sales programs, activities and initiatives.
4. Manages all strategic and administrative aspects of the Sales unit.
5. To perform direct customer sales in key areas; promote and maintain customer relations with major accounts.
6. To achieve sales target.
7. To provide market research and analysis; prepare research-based reports and sales forecasts for the management.
8. To assume responsibility for all publicity, advertising, direct mail, catalogs, exhibits, awards, title sub-right activities, and website management for the company.
9. To manage day to day sales.

Job Requirement:
1. Bechlor’s Degree or higher with atleast 5 years of experience in the related field.
2. Excellent spoken and written skills of English.
3. Be able to communicate and motivate
4. Understands the principles product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling
5. Experience of managing sales unit is useful.
6. Must be adept in use of MS Office 2003 or later, particularly Excel and Word, Internet and email
7. Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance, gross margin percentages and calculations, depreciation, capital and revenue expenditure, cash flow, overheads, etc.
8. Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.
9. Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts customers and large contracts.
10. Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
11. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior company executives.
12. Reliable, tolerant and determined.
13. Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view.
14. Organized and methodical approach to problem solving
