The Sales & Relationship Executive (SRE) is responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales objectives of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives. The SRE is responsible to work closely in the market with Customer Service Points and Sales Team and establish network contacts in order to optimize business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Engage in all business to business sales activities and be an ambassador for the company. This role will be active on sales accounts and will be an active volume producer.
SRM will be given weekly, monthly and quarterly targets and performance review will be accordingly conducted.
Develop sales strategy in line with the market conditions to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
Research new market opportunities.
Map out potential customers and competitors.
Build extensive networks in order to generate sales volume.
Maintain expert product knowledge in order to meet all client needs.
Demonstrate an executive presence with clients in order to engage business effectively.
Implement the strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Give initial and if required comprehensive demonstration/training of company’s platform (MT5) to clients.
Make clients understand to contact me (SRE) for any serious issue which requires urgent and special attention.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by convincing them and understanding their needs.
Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress.
Map out potential customers & competitors.

Provide status reports on weekly basis to management on overall sales and activities.
Set up and coordinate client meetings and conferences.

Update all sales activities on company CRM or any software provided by the company to SRM.
Assist and mentor sales executives.
Suggest to the management and implement in his/her personal capacity best and efficient sales and market penetration
BBA (HONS) Bachelor of Business Administration.
