Jobistan.af Recruitment Agency is in the process of recruiting a Sales Consultant for a Dubai based company (CI) which has recently opened its office in Kabul city, Afghanistan.

CI is the market leader in the industry of citizenship programs to legally obtain a second passport. The company holds the strongest credentials within the citizenship by investment industry and it is officially authorized and licensed by international Governments for citizenship processing. Being one of the oldest companies in the industry, during our long journey, we have successfully processed a second nationality for thousands of clients from over 45 countries across Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia.

We want to expand our network of offices and increase our international presence as well as diversify into new related business areas.

We are looking today to hire a Sales Consultant, to be part of the Sales team, directly reporting to the Sales Director, to help us to cope with the strong growth the company is facing.

Progression can be into more senior sales roles at director / regional level, and also, into related employment areas in the management of the organization (Marketing).

Job Summary:


We are looking for a young and enthusiastic person as a Sales Consultant. Such position at our company is the key point of contact between the company and its clients. The main role of a sales representative is to understand our client’s needs and be able to guide the client in a way to identify which of our products suits her/him best.  

Sales Consultants are individually responsible for the leads and clients that are assigned to her/him, from prospect stage until post-sales follow-up. Sales Consultants will also be collectively responsible for the overall sales effort of the Company. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

CI is looking for a young and enthusiastic person as a Sales Consultant. Such position at our company is the key point of contact between the company and its clients. The main role of a sales representative is to understand our client’s needs and be able to guide the client in a way to identify which of our products suits her/him best.  

Sales Consultants are individually responsible for the leads and clients that are assigned to her/him, from prospect stage until post-sales follow-up. Sales Consultants will also be collectively responsible for the overall sales effort of the Company. 


More specifically the role involves:

• Managing with autonomy the leads and clients assigned – with the ultimate objective of closing the sale. 

• Establishing a trustful relationship with the client based on a good understanding of his/her particular needs. 

• Understanding in depth and great detail our different products and be able to “triangulate” information in order to create the most appropriate offer for our clients / client’s family specific situation.  

• Being able to explain the products and solutions to the client in a clear, simple and fluent manner. 

• Leading the sale process end-to-end ensuring best customer experience by providing as much support, information and guidance as necessary. 

• Endure quality and follow through for each client during its life cycle

• Contribute, within the team in representing and promoting the Company in the local environment/region

• Follow internal processes, policies and systems in order to maintain accurate records at each stage of the sales process

• Contribute in the communication flow by providing relevant information to the Sales Manager to optimize the sales approach and the product offering 

• Sales executives will have various support groups including business development, documentation management and billing and collections.



Key performance indicators (illustrative) 

· Number of sales closed in the month, quarter and year

· Time to close the sale

· Client satisfaction and number of referrals by clients

· Accuracy of client CRM information and update time

Job Requirement:

Professional skills required

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Able to inspire confidence and build relationships. 

• Ability to work in a team and to interact with other professionals.

• Motivated by meeting sales objectives with autonomy

• Polite and with good manners. Used to deal with HNWI’s (High Net worth Investors).

• Integrated in Local/Regional communities forums

• Ability to organize and respond in situations of high demand.

• Autonomy and ability to assume responsibilities.

• Capacity to travel around the Middle East and worldwide


Personal skills required

• Very good communication skills. Command of English is a must. 

• Detailed oriented and highly organized

• Good presentation skills

• Solid interpersonal skills and commercial talent


Qualifications and Key Competencies

1) Must be perfect English, Dari, and Pashto speaker in the communication process.

2) Should have experience in Banking and wealth management. Current Bank employees are mostly welcome to apply.

3) Must have strong communication background with high net worth investors - especially in banking, sales and financial services background.

4) Candidate should be young, energetic and his/her age should be 28 to 35.

5) Must have degree in Business Administration, Sales, Commercial or related areas.

6) Minimum 4 years of experience in the area of sales in a professional services industry. Ideally in the sale of financial/investment products and services i.e. wealth management or private banking. Alternatively, luxury real estate.


Education:

Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Sales, Commercial or related areas.


Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in the area of sales in a professional services industry. Ideally in the sale of financial/investment products and services i.e. wealth management or private banking. Alternatively, luxury real estate.


Salary and Benefits:

1) Minimum $850 US Dollar, and further salary range is negotiable based on competitiveness of the candidate.

2) Average commission of $1000 to $2000 USD based on sales/per month

 

Note:

Prospective employee will be invited to Dubai for the period of 4 to 6 weeks for getting training on required skills and areas of work. All the expenses will be covered by the recruiting company.
