To develop and implement marketing & sales policies, standards and strategies as well as take responsibility for sales campaigns and projects within the company. The candidate is responsible for business development activities in Kabul and abroad. He/she is an essential part of the business development and responsible for all the activities related to business development of Aeroparcel and building market awareness of Aeroparcel services and maintaining awareness of market trends and emerging demands.
sales manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing & sales plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Driving new business revenues through the acquisition of servicing new clients. He will also be tasked with dealing with Corporate Clients, cross selling and up selling to grow and develop business. He/ She will be responsible for profit and loss, (team) revenue target and ensuring all KPI’s are met.

Other prerequisites, we would love to see, would be an excellent knowledge of the English language and a BA/MBA in logistics or business administration. You eventually have experience in successfully leading a team of sales colleagues. You feel very comfortable in using Excel/Powerpoint etc. You have no issues to travel to the provinces and abroad.
Your responsibilities as Sales Manager would be mainly as follows:
Guarantee a considerable business growth year by year
Find, create and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities nationally and internationally jointly with your sales team.
Identify customer tenders and RFQs and develop sustainable innovative transport and logistics solutions for proposal.
Coach, train, lead and develop a team of sales officers.
Keep your ear on the market, identify new trends and developments.
Closely exchange and work with the operations and customer service departments, especially in case of service hick ups.
Of course there is also some administrative tasks involved like creating sales budgets, reports, planning and monitoring exercises etc...

1. Bachelor in Sales or transportation with specialization in Sales Management, Master holders will be preferred.
2. Extra diploma in shipping, courier management or operations management is an advantage.
