Job Summary:

Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff

Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales play a significant role in company to undertake a variety of important tasks, must take care of the overall sales activities.

The primary responsibilities of the Sales Manager is to generate sales, execute plans and directs the day-to-day sales and operations, Develop strategies to improve sales, drive sales, create sales policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base. 

the day-to-day tasks include managing, coordinating, leading the team and uncover the viability of management/products/services, and liaising with Executive Director.

Responsibilities of the job includes:

Planning, Managing, coordinating and developing the sales and marketing strategy for the company in line with company services and objectives, 

Direct the hiring, training and performance evaluations for sales staff, and oversee their daily activities.

Provide in-depth information to interested clients, track all sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives.

Develop and lead sales team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.

Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements

Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales and studying trends

Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales and interpret trends to facilitate planning

Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing

Any other duty as per management request

Job Requirement:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in ISP/ICT sales, must have effective communication skills as well as a communicator between team/client and management, responsible for working with executives to determine the needs of company’s targets.

The candidate must be fluent in both spoken and written English and Dari/Pashto;
