Job Summary

Provides first-class service in order to push the sales of a certain product. Makes necessary phone calls and meetings to help sales. Allows people to make inquiries as necessary.

کارمند فروشات برای اجرای امورات بازاریابی و فروشات استخدام میشود. کارمند فروشات بخاطر بلند بردن فروشات برنامه های مختلف بازاریابی را تطبیق میکند. برقرارنمودن تماس های تیلفونی، تنظیم و اشتراک در جلسات و تدویر سایر برنامه ها جهت بازاریابی برای فروشات محصولات شرکت. اطلاع رسانی در مورد محصول شرکت برای لست از مشتریان. جواب دادن به تماس های مشتری ها و دادن معلومات راجع به جزيیات محصول شرکت. اجرای سایر وظایف مرتبط به فروشات و بازاریابی.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers
• Makes daily calls and establish communication with a list of potential customers
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring products and campaigns run successfully and serving as a key client contact
• Persists in sales even in the face of failure
• Schedules appointments and meetings with potential customers
• Answers questions from clients
• Makes product knowledge readily available to potential customers
• Researches client base to find types of customers and sells to them accordingly
• Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product
• Produce marketing material, both digital and in-print
• Produce bi-monthly newsletter about product
• Managing accurate and detailed records. Building and maintaining email distribution lists

• ارایه تبلیغات به اساس خصوصیات پروژه ها به منظور جلب توجه مشتریان
• تعریف و توزیع مواد اشتهارات برای جلب بیشتر مشتری
• کنترول ، راپوردهی و بازاریابی بطور دوامدار
• حصول گزارش هفته وار و ماهوار از ساحه و ارایه آن به آمریت فروشات
• ارایه طرح فروشات ، تحلیل و برسی فروش در بازار آزاد
• ارزیابی بازار و رقابت بازاریابی
• ارایه طرح در مورد ضرورت مواد بازاریابی بروشورها ، بزنس کارت ها لوحه ها و اعلانات از طریق رسانه های تلویزیونی رادیو و نشراتی
• بازاریابی آزاد مانند تخفیف ها و دعوت نمودن مشتریان به محفل و نیز هماهنگ سازی
• ارایه طرح اعلانات از طریق بلبورد ها درسطح شهرکابل
• طرح و ارزیابی روش ها و جمع آوری معلومات بازاریابی

Job Requirements

• Marketing/Journalism or similar degree
• Previous experience in a Sales Marketing or Journalism
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Great planning and organisational skills, with the ability to organise and prioritise sales
• Confidence to work independently and to not only tight, but multiple deadlines
• A good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of customers
• Experience in online marketing is preferred

• داشتن تابعیت افغانستان
• داشتن تجربه کاری در بخش فروشات / بازاریابی و یا ژورنالیزم 
• داشتن سند تحصیلی حداقل لیسانس 
• داشتن مهارت های کافی استفاده از کمپیوتر
• بلدیت به زبان های رسمی و زبان انگلیسی.
