Job Summary:

MADCC is looking for a high-performing Sales Officer to help MADCC meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The incumbent will be responsible for maximizing the sales rate by utilizing up to date sales technique. The incumbent will also have to arrange, support, and participate in client calls and help them in identifying the product of their needs

  • Proficiency in English, Dari and Pashtu
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully sales technique
  • Design and implement a sales technique that expands MADCC’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Organizing sales visits
  • Offering support to marketing department and having to take initiatives to support systematic and disciplined distribution of the product has to be seen by the candidate for this post
  • Demonstrating and presenting products
  • It isn’t unusual for a sales officer to spend significant time developing strong relationships with individuals and businesses that are current or prospective customers
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assist in reviewing sales performance
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and packages
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Promote specific products as directed by upper management
  • Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
  • Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively
  • Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
  • Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects
  • Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers

Qualifications:

  • BBA degree in business administration is required
  • 2-3 Years’ experience of relevant field is required
