Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ To generate new business while maximizing revenue for the organization by selling its products and services to the retail Channel.
â€¢ Pre paid new customers addition
â€¢ Service dealers assigned and implement sales quotas and promotion plans as per sales strategies.
â€¢ Develop and build a strong relationship with dealers through regular market visits.
â€¢ Ensure adequate stock at retail level
â€¢ Analyze needs and selling potential of existing and prospective dealers; recommend changes where appropriate.
â€¢ Communicate to sales management information on competitorâ€™s activities, feedback from dealers and recommend changes where appropriate.
â€¢ Educate assigned dealers with regards to the products and services offered by MTN Afghanistan
â€¢ Receive and transfer dealer complaints to the concerned person(s).
â€¢ Perform all necessary field visits,
â€¢ Prepare and submit regular reports to direct supervisor.
â€¢ Provide feedbacks on retail brand visibility and take corrective action as and when required

- Secondary school Graduate
- Minimum one year experience in Retail Channel sales in similar capacity preferably in telecommunication /FMCG/Trading business
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English, Pashto and Dari
- Customer Oriented and Team Player
- Ability to negotiate
- Good Management and Communication skills
- Good Counselling, Mediation and Dispute resolution skills
