Duties & Responsibilities:

• To generate new business while maximizing revenue for the organization by selling its products and services to the retail Channel.
• Pre paid new customers addition
• Service dealers assigned and implement sales quotas and promotion plans as per sales strategies.
• Develop and build a strong relationship with dealers through regular market visits.
• Ensure adequate stock at retail level
• Analyze needs and selling potential of existing and prospective dealers; recommend changes where appropriate.
• Communicate to sales management information on competitor’s activities, feedback from dealers and recommend changes where appropriate.
• Educate assigned dealers with regards to the products and services offered by MTN Afghanistan
• Receive and transfer dealer complaints to the concerned person(s).
• Perform all necessary field visits,
• Prepare and submit regular reports to direct supervisor.
• Provide feedbacks on retail brand visibility and take corrective action as and when required

Job Requirement:

- Secondary school Graduate

- Minimum one year experience in Retail Channel sales in similar capacity preferably in telecommunication /FMCG/Trading business

- Computer literate
- Fluent in English, Pashto and Dari
- Customer Oriented and Team Player
- Ability to negotiate
- Good Management and Communication skills
- Good Counselling, Mediation and Dispute resolution skills
