This position is the most important position in sales department, directly involve in selling, market development and public relation. Sales supervisor play a role of bridge between company and market, company and distributor and distributor and market.

Duties & Responsibilities:
ïƒ˜ Plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising and public relation with the special reference to his assigned area.
ïƒ˜ Organize, maintain and execute the daily activities of his assigned territory.
ïƒ˜ Coordinate the other members of sales team in smooth functioning of sales department activities.
ïƒ˜ Coordinate with pre-sellers of his area in demand generation and execution of demand.
ïƒ˜ Guide, control and motivate the pre-sellers, drivers and helpers of his area in day to day affairs for an effective execution.
ïƒ˜ Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budget.
ïƒ˜ Maintain and develop a computerized and prospect data base of key accounts through sales coordinator.
ïƒ˜ Visit on daily basis to his assigned area and insure proper supply of product to his market.
ïƒ˜ Prepare on daily basis market visit report and submitted to Marketing Services Supervisor.
ïƒ˜ Initiate and analyze market demand for promotional and merchandising material of his area and coordinate with MSS for the supply of the same to the market.
ïƒ˜ Monitor and control the pre-sellers and other team members of his area for proper execution.
ïƒ˜ Maintain and develop corporate image, protect and develop the company brand via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management.
ïƒ˜ To obey and perform any other official duty assigned by his senior to the entire satisfaction.
ïƒ˜ University graduate with at least 2 years experience in similar role. Preference will be given to Commerce graduates.
ïƒ˜ Good communication skills in English, Pashto and Dari (Oral and written)
ïƒ˜ Computer Literate: MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
ïƒ˜ Reliable, self motivated, result-oriented with sharp problem solving abilities.
