â€¢ To Work and Support with Sales Support Sr. Supervisor.
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Report directly to sales Support Sr. Supervisor.
â€¢ . Responsible to follow up on SIS (Shop in Shop) Project and report the status of the project to Sales Support Manager.
â€¢ Solve any problem of SIS project with concerned dept(IT, Tech, Admin, Procurement, indirect Sales, and Direct Sales)
â€¢ Follow up on Flagships and Net cafÃ© Rollout Project and report the status to Sales Support Sr. Supervisor and Manager
â€¢ Follow up on the equipment required for Flagships Rollout and SIS projects(IT equipment, Connectivity, Furniture etc).
â€¢ Follow up on Rollout and SIS yearly Plan and find new locations for Flagships and internet CafÃ©. Finalize the contract with owner and follow up with Civil work team to survey the location for SOW and Layout Purpose.
â€¢ Perform any other duty assigned by Sales Support Sr. Supervisor or manager
â€¢ University Degree
â€¢ At least 1-2 years experience in IT
â€¢ Fluent English, Dari and Pashto.
â€¢ Patience under pressure.
â€¢ Computer skills.
â€¢ Communication Skills.
â€¢ Team work
â€¢ Computer knowledge requirements â€“ CCNA
