To initiate company sales through advance booking from his assigned market on daily basis and hand over his daily order to concerned supervisor for onward delivery by next day through company vehicle.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities and account abilities of Pre-seller (Salesman)
Daily market visit of defined rout as per sales supervisor instruction.
Enhance and maintain the company sales through daily personal selling.
Check and report any marketing and merchandising activity required by target market.
Check and report any competitor’s activity in the market.
Check, rectify and report any mismanagement, misunderstanding and mistake against company product and image.
Check and maintain merchandising of company product in company assigned tools of trade.
Keep his motorcycle in running condition.
Always wear neat and clean cloth and properly shaved.
To obey and perform any other official duty assigned by his senior to the entire satisfaction.
Key responsibilities and account abilities of Deliveryman:
Daily market visit and distribution of ordered products as per salesman instruction to the related rout areas.
Collecting money from all customers/shopkeepers from the sold products.
Checking of the money in front of the shopkeeper due to forge, tore & wrong series number.
Unloading production for the shopkeeper in assistance with the sales driver.
Going every single shop as per order and give their demand.
Find new customers for selling product.
Checking the product at the time of loading in the company in the truck and selling the same in the market.
If shortage faced and reason unknown the money will be deducted from your monthly salary.
Proper and polite communication with customers in terms of product selling and or money and handed over product calculation.
Cleaning the received product documents in the evening (full in) with the shipping area and money with bank.
Cannot leave the company unless he clears all the outstanding accounts on daily.
Selling more will be encouraged to get more commission.
High School graduate or having bachelor degree from marketing field is an advantage.
At least 1 year of professional experience in marketing and sales sections is an advantage.
Working experience with any private companies at the field of sales & marketing is an advantage.
Full familiarity with related field of marketing and sales.
English Language, Positions are 2 different one is (salesman another is deliveryman).
