Job Summary:

To manage operations on the channel including program scheduling development and evaluation, staff and resource management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Organize all programs and decide when to play which program at what stage.

•Ensure all promos are played as planned

•Scheduler will devise strategy behind the Fixed Point Charts for all our channels.

•He/she will devise strategies for optimal use of the Library, Primetime Programming, Short and Long Term programming and promotional strategies, as well as devise and implement a repeats program Strategy.

•He / She will create a Promo Plan for key shows and devise integrated Stunts as well as strategies to attract newer walk ins, insert new life into current shows ,re-energize existing properties and devise ways to make platforms interactive

Job Requirement:

•University Gruaduate
•Excellent computer skills (word, excel, PowerPoint)
•Excellent English
.Excellent Dari and Pashto
•Must have at least mid level management experience
