Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Being present on duty six days a week from 7.00 am to 4.00 pm.
2. Dealing with government officials.
3. Dealing with parents.
4. Ensuring proper dress code of teachers.
5. Control/monitor the admission officer.
6. Supervise the transport officer and department.
7. Check genuineness of teachers’ attendance.
8. Taking weekly staff meetings.
9. Random checks on quality of teaching.
10. Ensuring fee collection through admission officer.
11. Arranging winter courses.
12. The fact remains that the Principal is overall responsible for all affairs related to the academy

Job Requirements

1. University Degree or Master Degree  with equivalent relevant experience and significant experience as teacher and head teacher is required.
2. At least 3-5 years working experience required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3.  Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dari, Pashto and English.
4. Have a good computer knowledge.

• Strong organizational, conceptual, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team and independently.
• Knowledge of current higher education trends, particularly in the private sector.
• Familiarity of higher education graduates, promotion and communication approaches.
